- Service Delivery Timeframes
Our standard service delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Consultation Services: Delivery within three (3) business days from the date of booking.
- Digital Marketing Services: Initial strategy delivery within three (3) business days, followed by ongoing weekly or monthly updates as agreed upon.
- SEO Services: Initial audit and strategy delivery within five (5) business days, with ongoing optimization services provided on a monthly basis.
- IT Services: Initial assessment within five (5) business days, with implementation as scheduled in the service agreement.
- IT Marketing Services: Campaign strategy delivery within five (5) business days, with ongoing campaign management as agreed upon.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible.
- Service Delivery Methods
Our services are delivered through various methods depending on the service type:
- Virtual Meetings: Conducted via phone or online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) for consultations, progress updates, and strategy discussions.
- Email Reports: Detailed reports and strategies are delivered via email.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective delivery of our services, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested.
- Be available for scheduled meetings and consultations.
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner.
- Fulfill any agreed-upon obligations as outlined in the service agreement.
- Changes to Service Delivery
We reserve the right to modify our service delivery methods and timeframes. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
